Gaborone North is easily accessible off the main A1 road, just past the Phakalane area of the City. There are 4 main access roads in to Gabs North from the A1. Most amenities and services for Gabs North are found in the Phakalane area.

Gaborone North has seen a huge amount of development over the last few years. Because of this, the area is very popular with young professionals looking to get on the property ladder and those with young families who want space for kids to play and explore. There are a wide variety of residential homes in the area ranging from modern mansions to more tradition farmhouse styles.

Gaborone North has seen enormous growth in its residential nature over the last decade or so. Land regularly comes up for sale in this area and is generally sold quite quickly, especially plots serviced with power, water and fibre connectivity.

COMMERCIAL CHARACTERISTICS:

Gaborone North is adjacent to the main A1 road through Botswana that connects Gaborone to Francistown in the North and connects the City to neighbouring countries. The stretch of land along the A1 road, right up to Mmamashia, is characterized by manufacturing and commercial developments. This location is perfect for any business with a need to have good access to road transport networks and not needing to be located within the City.

The area is also home to several farms and agricultural plots. Being freehold land, this is a good area to develop a farm.
